Return or Exchange and Refund Policy
You'll have up to 7 days (14 days if you selected Premier Shipping) from the delivery date to create a returns label.
We have 3 rules for returns, item(s) must be returned:
1. Unless the item is faulty, must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
2. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.
This includes branded dust bags, care and/or authenticity cards.
3. Include all items you want to return and ship it back to us in the supplied shipping box. You can return items for.
Full refund to original payment method 100% Store Credit Exchange for the same product or another product Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at discretion.
If returns outside of the 14 days are approved, amounts will only be refunded as a store credit.
We don't offer exchanges on orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted items, and place a new order.
